New Zealand
We have a flat shipping rate of $10 for all orders being sent within New Zealand.
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 2 business days, unless stated otherwise at time of order.
Keep in mind we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, so please provide us with a physical address.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email and when the order has dispatched, you will get an email with the tracking details.
Australia
We have a flat shipping rate of $50 for all orders being sent within Australia with orders being dispatched within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Keep in mind we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes so please provide us with a physical address.

Rest of World
Do you live outside of New Zealand and Australia but still want to place an order? We wouldn’t want you to miss out, so please email info@rockylane.co.nz and we can arrange a shipping quote for you.
International Deliveries
For purchases outside of New Zealand, you may be required to pay duty tax on your order. Payment of any such taxes or customs duties will be your responsibility.
We are not able to offer refunds if you decline the package due to customs charges, so we ask that you plan ahead. Make sure to check the details for your specific country before placing your order from overseas to avoid any unnecessary stress.
