If we missed the mark, we offer a full refund if the product has not been opened and is unused. If the packaging is no longer with the product, we can offer a partial refund.
All shippings costs for returns are your responsibility and any returns must be in the original packaging along with your proof of purchase.
Products that are under warranty should be handled with care.
If your product has arrived with visible defects, please take photos of the product and send it to us. We will reach out to find a solution together.

We offer standard delivery, which usually takes around 7 business days. We appreciate your patience if there are delays, as global issues with shipments may cause orders to arrive later than anticipated.
