Change of mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, we can exchange the product with store credit for the price of the item purchased within 14 days of the original transaction. Goods will need to be returned in its original packaging, be unworn, and in an unused condition with tags intact. Once we receive the product back, we will email you with the store credit.

Keep in mind the cost of shipping will be your responsibility for change of mind returns. We recommend using a tracked post service as we are not liable for items being lost or damaged in the post.

There are no returns on sale items for change of mind.

Faulty Items

All items are thoroughly checked before being dispatched to make sure you are receiving the highest quality for our products. 

If you do receive a faulty product please email us at info@rockylane.co.nz within 20 days of receipt of purchase and tell us about the issue.

We will arrange for the item to be picked up or cover the return shipping cost. Depending on what you choose, we can either send you a replacement (when possible), offer store credit, or give a refund. We will comply with our obligations under New Zealand consumer law, but otherwise exclude all warranties or guarantees to the extent permitted by law.

Sales / Discounts

All sale orders are final. Once your order has been placed it cannot be changed, cancelled, or altered. Orders placed prior to a sale cannot be amended to reflect the sale price.

If using a sale/discount code, double check the specified code is entered correctly. If it is not entered correctly, the discount cannot be applied. This unfortunately cannot be amended once the payment has been processed.
