Rocky Lane is a small-batch hat label founded in 2017 and proudly relaunched in 2023 from our home on Deer Park Heights, a working deer farm in Queenstown, New Zealand. Inspired by life on the land and designed for everyday adventures, our hats are made to be worn and lived in — not stored away.

Each Rocky Lane hat is crafted from 100% Australian wool felt, chosen for its strength, softness, and natural beauty. Our skilled manufacturing partners in China specialise exclusively in wool felt hat-making, ensuring every piece meets the highest standard of craftsmanship and durability.

We keep things simple and intentional — producing in small runs, refining every detail, and building timeless styles that move effortlessly from mountain trails to city streets. With thoughtful touches like our adjustable inner Velcro strap, every hat is designed to fit perfectly and feel right from the first wear.
